Return Policy

TERMS -    NF – Non-Functional products   SE – Shipping error products



All products that we provide for purchase are sold “AS-IS”, with no warranties.  All sales are final.  Exchanges may be provided to products that are non-functional (NF) upon delivery arrival or products damaged due to shipping error (SE).  NF products are known as products that have no function what so ever upon arrival and are limited to products that contain electrical components.  Currently, NF products apply only to eGo batteries and ohm meters.  SE products are known as products that have been crushed or bent due to shipping errors.  Customers must contact within 24 hours from delivery date of any NF or SE products received to start a return process.  Once those 24 hours have passed, all products are no longer returnable, refundable, nor exchangeable.  Minor scratches, nicks, and flaws during manufacturing of products do occur and do not qualify as a reason for returns.  Product information is gathered from descriptions provided by manufacturers.  In the event there is a change of description, we reserve the right to change inaccurate information and are not held responsible in such occasions. 



Contact customer care at with your name, product order number, and a fully detailed description with pictures of the NF or SE product.  Return inquires will be inspected and if the product is deemed acceptable for return, the customer will receive an email stating that the product is returnable and will be provided with a link via email to a printable pre-paid return shipping label.  The returned product must be shipped back to 4059 Spring Mountain Road, Las Vegas, NV 89102 in the same way it was received by the customer.  If the product is shipped back in a different manner, it may be deemed a non refundable product or unsafe to be handled and will not be accepted upon delivery.  If the NF or SE product is not shipped to 4059 Spring Mountain Road, Las Vegas, NV 89102 within 7 business days from the date the return shipping label was sent via email to the customer, the product or products will no longer be returnable.  Once the returned product has been received, physically inspected, and deemed to be a returnable product, a product of the same style, color, and type (if available) will be shipped out to the customer.  In the event that we no longer carry a certain returnable product, processing may take up to five business days to receive a full refund.
